Its golden colour and mineral taste with lime and flint aromas make this Chasselas a wonderful, divine and precious white wine.

It ages well, offering charming complex flavours of honey, quince and peach.

In the mouth it is fleshy and strong with a nice salty hint. It matches grilled or in gravy fish, white meat, cheese.

Served at 10° C it is a perfect aperitif.
